Gambale & Merrill founded by Charlie Gambale and George Merrill.
1969
Charlie Gambale officially establishes Logan Instruments Inc. as a corporation. 
1971
Hip Reamer Patent by Charlie Gambale. The Hip Reamer was used prior to hip replacement surgery. 
1995
Relocated to the historic Charleston Chew Factory Building in Everett, MA. 
1995
Laminectomy Ejector Rongeur patent by Charlie Gambale. 
1998
Completed the rigorous process to become and ISO 9001:1994 certified company through a notified body.

CE Certified by means of European Representative Obelis S.A. 
1999
Logan begins retrofitting machines with CNC. 
2001
Relocated to current facility.

Purchased first CNC Swiss Automatic Turning Center.

Purchased additional CNC manufacturing equipment.
